Day 42 being gluten-free

This was a family day and I decided to have comfort food but with the alkaline guidelines. I made homemade tomatoes veggie sauce with chickpea pasta. This is the second time having chickpea, and I am not a fan of it. This was from the Whole Foods brand and the texture is a little off to me. However the sauce was really good and saved the pasta. I have a few boxes of chickpea pasta in my pantry, and if I cannot figure out how to make this more appealing, I will not be buying it in the future. The overall day was good. I really love being with my family.
