Day 87 of being gluten-free

Today, when I weighed in, I was a little disappointed. I only lost 2.2 pounds and was hoping to have dropped at least 5 pounds. The last few days I haven’t been drinking as much water as I should or taking all of my pills. Also it is my normal to have a bad weigh-in by the second week. Another factor that may be effecting my progress is the lack of me exercising. I may do a walk for a mile or two on some of my days, but I have not worked out at home in over 10 days.
I need to drink at least a half a gallon of water a day and get some more activity to get better results. Hope to be completely back on track very soon.
