Day 9 being gluten-free

It’s rare I stay in bed all day, but when it happens, I just go with the flow. On the 9th day of this challenge, it was “National Pizza Day.” I purchased fresh organic ingredients to make a Dr. Sebi approved gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, I never got the energy to make the pizza. The only things that got done was the Brazil Nut Cheese. I ended up putting the cheese in the pasta salad instead and added extra tomatoes into the mix as well. As much as I wanted to be a productive busy bee that day, I always listen to my body. My body needed rest and I feel blessed that I had the option to do so.
