Day 73 on being gluten-free

When I saw the weight gain, I was not surprised. However, I was disappointed in myself, and this is showing me that I need to continue to work on issues with processed foods and overeating. On April 11, 2021, I published a youTube video showing people SOME of the food I have been eating. The sad truth is, that once that post was up, I got worse and started eating more food. I tend to not deal with stress and depression well, and usually binge eat when in distress.

On the positive note, I started the “Minerals Fast,” by ahealthycrush. This was my first day on fast, and I did VERY well on it. I tend to get my binging under control when I do this fast, and cannot wait to get back on track.
