Day 38 being gluten-free

I noticed as the challenge is going, I am getting worse with being ready when it comes to my weekly food prep. My everyday life is becoming more complicated each day making it close to impossible to have things the way I have it written out on paper. My dinner was a salad consisting of all the random food this would have spoiled unless I created this meal. I have to admit, I was very pleasantly surprised on how good this salad tasted. It had romaine lettuce, sweet pan fried burro bananas, roasted peppers, portobello mushrooms cooked to perfection and fresh chopped Roma tomatoes. I used a vegan Ranch dressing from, “Organicville.” This dressing would not qualified for being alkaline however, the overall ingredients are cleaner than most brands on the mass market.

In every single weight loss challenge I set out to complete , it is always filled with unexpected issues from everyday life. I am glad the nothing going to plan, this way I can see that you will can get good results in with the most chaotic situations. It is not what happens to you in life, it is how you handle it.
