Day 39 of being gluten-free

I am taking a time out. I am mentally at a point of this challenge where I just need some chips. When I am not detoxing, I usually eat a bag of chips or crackers everyday. There is healthier options on the market,  but at the time I had the meltdown,  those options  weren’t around me. So I finally gave in and brought some plantain chips.  I’m burnt out and just want to eat my regular vegan treats.  For the next few days I will continue to consume some non-alkaline, gluten-free items. In a few days I will be approaching 50 day mark. I want to finish the last 50 days just as strong as I started this challenge if not stronger.
