Day 32 of being gluten-free

This week so far is my favorite meal week so far. I am recreating come of my favorite meals but with an alkaline twist. The only downside is I am eating double the amount of what I should on some days. I try to stick to one drink, one smoothie, and one meal a day. However on some days I am consuming 2 meals and one drink. I am happy that I am making meals that I love, I just need to get on track with sticking to portion sizes.
