Day 33 being gluten-free

I finally added “cheese” to my dish and boy that was a big mistake. The base of the cheese was made with cooked butternut squash and was so tasty, I nearly ate 50% of the cheese in one shoot. As much as this alkaline junk food is feeding my inner fat girl soul. This is not good for a detox designed for losing weight. I will more likely do an all liquid day this Sunday (on Day 35.) Hopefully this will help with my weigh in coming up on Monday (Day 36. )
