Day 22 being gluten-free

My weight lose this week is 2 pounds. This is the lowest weigh in I have had so far, but I reached my minimal weekly goal. This was also my toughest week mentally, physically, and spiritually. I don’t know if that played a role to my numbers this week, but I am very happy overall on how much I have lost thus far.
