Day 30 being gluten-free

I finally started juicing again. Most of my days will now consist of a ginger shot paired with 3 glasses of spring water for a daily starter, 12 oz of fresh alkaline juice for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, and a gluten-free meal for dinner. As always, I am not as prepared at I would like to be. But the unexpected blessing in this journey is being able to “push through” even though my life is so chaotic. I try my best to do food prep on Sunday or Monday, but life keep getting in the way. I still get my meals done the best way that I can and find a way stay on course. It’s easier to stick to a meal plan or workout plan when things are on schedule. But if any of you guys reading this are like me and deal with so many unforeseen situations, it is how your navigate through them and life in general that will get you to your goals.
