Day 29 of being gluten-free

I was beyond happy and surprised when I weighted in for day 29. I struggled mentally and physically for week 4. I didn’t have a clear vision on what I wanted to eat. I had major distractions in my personal life and wanted to quit. I even had days were I didn’t workout for more than 7 minutes (even if the workout was 15 minutes.) I was so disconnected for the 4th week so it was shocking to me when the scale showed I lost another 2 pounds. My total weight lose is now 12 pounds, which is four more pounds than I expected to lose. I also measured my waist and lost 2 inches from 4 weeks ago. I truly cannot wait to see where this gluten-free journey will lead.
