Day 6 being gluten-free

This is beyond TMI, but I am going to talk about poop aka stool aka 💩. The best part of this week is my bowel moments. It feels like someone is standing on my stomach, and pushing out everything that doesn’t belong there. I am less bloated, I am starting to sleep better, and I am now averaging 4-6 bowel moments a day. The only time I experience this is when I do a liquid fast. I love how I feel after I eat, and it’s something worth noting as I think down the line of how I want to eat once I reach my fitness goals and maintain the weight.
