Day 11 being Gluten-free

I am still struggling with this overwhelming need to eat processed food and I really miss chips the most. All my favorite vegan chips are all gluten-free, but non of them are alkaline. I even went to Whole Foods to buy some Kale Chips, but the ones they sold in that store had ingredients that were not on the Dr. Sebi recommended list. The figs I purchased the over day helped with the sugar cravings, but now I need something to help with the salty cravings. I ended up eating olives and that REALLY helped. However, I am very concerned with these unexplained temptations that surround my mind. It makes navigating through the day harder. I even find myself overeating my snacks, which may effect my weight lose. I know I need to improve on intaking water. I even may have a solution on getting a handle on the chip cravings (post coming soon.) In the meantime, I will drink more water and start to focus on creating a schedule for my day to see if that helps.
