Day 12 being gluten-free

On my youTube channel, I made an alkaline “Vegan Butternut Squash and Apple Soup”on my Green Is The New Lean channel last year that came out really good when I made it. However, when I made it the other day, it was not as good as I remember it. I made a few mistakes this time when I made this soup and wanted to share them with you so you can avoid making these same errors.

The first mistake I made was using a butternut squash that was on the counter for over a month and it was drier than normal. The second miscalculation I made was over seasoning the roasted vegetables with cayenne pepper. The third error I made was adding more onions in the mix which, and forth I overcooked the vegetables (I lie, I burnt some of it.) When I tasted the roasted vegetables that I somewhat burned, it didn’t taste good. I should have known I was headed to problems.

This soup made about 4 servings and I didn’t want to waste these meals. To “fix” this weird tasting soup, I added some agave, and some more sea salt. Thank God this make this better to eat. I will make this soup again, and will avoid this these mistakes at all cost.
