Day 36 being gluten-free

Since I started this challenge, my average weekly weight loss has been 3 pounds a week. However, my personal weekly goal is 2 pounds a week. For this week, I only lost 1.2 pounds. Considering I did a LOT of things wrong, I am just happy I didn’t gain weight and consider this a decent week. Hopefully next Monday I can drop at least another 2 pounds and I will do my best to avoid overeating. I am ahead of my overall goal and I didn’t a week off to just do whatever I wanted to do.
