Day 40 of being gluten-free

This was day 2 of having a time out and indulging in some non-alkaline vegan treats. I had plantain chips for lunch with my smoothie. For dinner I brought the veggie flats with “Hope” hummus from Whole Foods. The “Hope” hummus was a little disappointing. It was not a firm as I like my hummus, and I only brought it because it was organic and soy free. I also had a craving from pan-fried oyster mushrooms, but Whole Foods sold out. I am hoping that the need to eat junk food ends soon. I am not as motivated to eat the things that I have planed for this second phase, but need to get back on track mentally to get the quarantine weight off and get to my overall weight goal by this summer.
