First day of the fitness challenge and going gluten-free.

Yesterday, February 1, 2021, I finally started the #7minutesfitness challenge, and eating gluten-free. Mentally I was ready, but my food prep was not where I needed it to be. However I had some gluten-free Dr. Sebi approved meals from last week to get me through as I worked on making food for the rest of the week My day started with a ginger shot and a smoothie made with 1 cup of mangoes, 1 burro banana, 2 tablespoons of seamoss gel that I made from the Red's Kitchen Sink brand, and 1 soaked date in 1 cup of chilled elderberry tea. I also added the leftover ginger from my ginger shot. My lunch was a grain bowl made with wild rice, Timeless Black Butte Chickpeas, romaine lettuce, alkaline salsa, avocado, sautéed red onions, peppers, in grapeseed oil. The bowl was really good, but was still hungry. My dinner was one pack of seaweed snacks, with an avocado, with coconut amino. I found myself hungry throughout most of the evening and I snacked on Brazil nuts and dates. I didn’t have any addition water and that may have contributed to being hungry for the majority of the day.

My workout for the day was “Down Bad by Dreamville CHOREOGRAPHY | Dance Out Of The Box with Deja Riley” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIbWYbs7H3c. I also made sure I took before video and photos.
