Day 2 being gluten-free

The second day being gluten-free was easier than the first, but I’m still hungry. I also didn’t eat or drink my meals on my normal schedule. For example, my smoothie breakfast was at 3:00pm instead of my usual time of 9:00am. My lunch, which was a grain bowl was around 7:00pm instead of 3:00pm. I didn’t have dinner because of setback. I snacked on nuts and dried fruit throughout the day. I also had black olives too. I drank about 55 ounces of water, which was better than the first day, but my goal is to drink at least 64 ounces a day. I am not sure if I was hungry because I wasn’t on my regular food schedule, but I hope to be on track by day 3.
