Breakdown of the Day for June 7, 2021


Workout of the day: 30 Day Workout Challenge - 'I AM IN CONTROL' - Day 1 | (NO EQUIPMENT) REAL-TIME Workout (10:28) https://youtu.be/3gO3TNnLyyE 


Journaling: NA


Meditation: 45 minutes


Water Intake for the entire day: 10 cups or 80 oz


Brunch: Flatbread, Miyoko’s Pepperjack Cheese, Unreal Deli Turkey Slices, and Vegan  Mayo


Dinner: 1 cup of Kamut Pasta Salad made what green olives, dried tomatoes, plum tomatoes, red onions, yellow peppers, basil, lime juice, and avocado oil


Snack: 3 1/2 serving of Simple Nature “Coconut Cashew Crisps” 


Capsule: Gut Support by ahealthycrush 


Tea: NA


Recap of the day: The workouts from Mr. and Mrs. Muscle was harder than I thought it would be even though it’s a different series. I will continue with this series and do the best that I can moving forward. At least they have the modified version for the exercises that challenge me.
