Recap of the day: Yesterday I woke up a little sore from workout from the 3 workouts from the Mr. and Mrs. Muscle youTube channel. I decided to take do a short stretch session instead. The original workout from that series was “3-Day Glute Focused Workout Challenge 🍑 (16:30) - https://youtu.be/BkzoHyPG1w8 , but my body was not having it. I will change the workout playlist with Mr. and Mrs. Muscle starting Monday, but it confirmed to me that I made the right choice picking them for this phase. The workouts in the next free weeks be a little shorter, and I will build to longer workouts as this challenge continues. If I continued with the current playlist, the workouts would average 21 minutes, and I don’t want them that long so soon. I also will be fasting on June 21 and would a prefer simpler series.
I also have been struggling with a sweet tooth lately and ended up eating these 5 ingredient cashews crisps. I discovered them during a food binge a few months ago that I spoke about in a youTube post. As much as I like them, I am always thinking how would these types of treats taste if it was made with recommended ingredients from the Dr. Sebi list. I realized that I need to add more fresh fruits in the house so when I have cravings, I can pick up a piece of fruit instead.
Today I also posted a video about what NOT to do when breaking a fast. If you have a moment, check this post out:
