Breakdown of the Day for June 4, 2021

Journaling: 15 minutes


Meditation: 25 minutes 


Water Intake for the entire day: 8 cups or 64 oz


Breakfast: Smoothie made with 1 burro bananas, 1/2 of blueberries,  2 mission figs, and 1 1/2 cups of spring water. 1 teaspoon of seamoss powder with 1/4 teaspoon of bladderwrack powder. 


Lunch: Pita Bread from Hummus and Pita Co with 2 pieces of falafel from my bowl. 


Dinner: The Hummus & Pita Co โ€œFalafel Bowlโ€ made with roasted pepper humus, quinoa salad, chickpea salad, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and red onions. 


Snack: 1 bag of plantain chips

Tea: NA


Recap of the day: I am still struggling on managing this challenge, and get my daily activities done. Each day is getting a little easier, but I realize that I need to make shorter โ€œTo-Doโ€ list to reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed. Hopefully by next week, I will adjust to working out everyday, food prep, and completing my task for the day. 


As for my meal for today, I was being lazy and ordered Hummus and Pita Co. I could eat this everyday. My favorite bowl is the falafel bowl because it is beyond filling and under $11. In the future I hope to make things like this from home using Dr. Sebi recommend ingredients. I personally like to order vegan dishes to be inspired on what meals can taste like. I tend to made โ€œboringโ€ saladsโ€ and bowls, and eating meals like this give me ideas on how to elevate my food so that I continue to be motivated to eat healthier meals daily moving forward.
