Breakdown of the Day for June 6, 2021


Workout of the day: NA


Journaling: NA


Meditation: NA


Water Intake for the entire day: 8 cups or 64 oz


Breakfast: Smoothie made with 1 burro bananas, 1/2 of blueberries,  2 mission figs, and 1 1/2 cups of spring water. 1 teaspoon of seamoss powder with 1/4 teaspoon of bladderwrack powder. 


Lunch: Hummus, Cucumbers, and Arugula on Flatbread 


Dinner: 1 cup of Kamut Pasta Salad made what green olives, dried tomatoes, plum tomatoes, red onions, yellow peppers, basil, lime juice, and avocado oil.


Snack: 3 serving of peanuts

Recap of the day: Yesterday I was mainly with my family and really didn’t have time for anything. The majority of the day was mainly running errands and getting food prepped for the week.
