Day 28 of being gluten-free

I promised myself to be gluten-free for at least 28 day and am so happy I stayed committed. There is nothing like sticking to something and strengthening your “will power” muscles. This experience was so rewarding that I am going gluten-free for another 2 months. 

To challenge myself, I will be giving up the soups and replacing it with a juice. Every couple of weeks, I want to remove something to elevate the “healing the body” process.
