Day 3 being gluten-free

I completed the third day of being gluten-free and this day was very challenging. For the most part the hunger pains were better from the first two day, but I went Target on a empty stomach and all my favorite vegan treats were fully stocked on the shelves. As the snacks and processed vegan meals were staring me in the face, I made a discussion to not buy anything. I will never get to my fitness goals until I make bettering eating decisions. Besides, I had mock beef stew for lunch on this snowy day, and my dinner was an alkaline Mexican Bowl. I LOVE the food that I am eating. I NEVER feel deprived, so why buy things I know I DON”T need just for a few minutes of meaningless eating pleasure moments? I am not going to lie, I almost gave in, but I didn’t and I felt empowered for not giving into the temptation.
