Day 46 of being gluten-free

This was an interesting day for me because I was craving a salad. I made this really awesome bowl for breakfast and was still craving more. I guess my body is getting use to eating healthier and I hope these types of craving continue. My breakfast salad consisted of portobello mushrooms, fennel, burro bananas, and romaine lettuce. This was so good and was literally through together. For the rest of the day I continued to eat health. If I can make salad bowls as flavorful as this, I can see myself eating this everyday.
