Day 47 of being gluten-free

This was another day of craving salad and I can get use to this. I made some pan-fried oyster mushrooms to go on it and some extra to eat on the side. I also used some of the cucumber pulp from one of my juices to top this. My salad dress from Organicville was not alkaline, but I didn’t feel Iike making homemade dressing. For some reason I was snacking romaine leaves with dressing too. Maybe I need to continue to elevate my salads so I can continue to crave them. This is a pleasant change from my junk food cravings from a few days earlier.
