Breakdown of the Day for June 3, 2021

Journaling: 15 minutes


Meditation: 16 minutes 


Water Intake for the entire day: 8 cups or 64 oz


Brunch : Grain bowl made with quinoa, 8 leaves of romaine lettuce, red onions, avocado, orange peppers, red peppers, and baby bella mushrooms. Homemade dressing, recipe NA


Dinner:  Smoothie made with 1 burro bananas, 1/2 of blueberries,  2 mission figs, and 1 1/2 cups of spring water. 1 teaspoon of seamoss powder with 1/4 teaspoon of bladderwrack powder. 


Snack: NA

Recap of the day: Yesterday I had no intention of missing my workout, but I passed out after eating dinner and was disappointed I messed up again. To make up for the mishap, I did two workouts today. Between both the workouts, it totaled about 27 minutes. I really love the combo of Mr. and Mrs. Muscle workout mixed with ending the day with yoga with Sarah Beth. Right now my schedule very hectic to workout like this everyday, but when I get a better handle of my daily routine, I hope to continue to workout like this in the near future. 


As for my meals today, I thought I would switch things up and start my day with a grain bowl and end it with a smoothie. I was hungrier than normal and wanted a huge brunch. Today I made a grain bowl that came very close to what I brought at Sweetgreen yesterday. It was so delicious and I was so proud of how good the dressing came out. I will continue to experiment with creating homemade dressings, and once I test them out on my family, I will share them on the internet.

I like to lightly sprinkle Celtic sea salt on my raw vegetables, it brings the flavor of the salad to life.
