Meditation: 15 minutes


Water Intake for the entire day: 8 cups or 64 oz


Brunch: 2 cups of Kamut Pasta Salad made what green olives, dried tomatoes, plum tomatoes, red onions, yellow peppers, basil, lime juice, and avocado oil.


Dinner: Chicken & fries( Two southern fried chicken with french fries and a side of BBQ sauce) and macaroni and cheese (Elbow macaroni with melted Daiya cheddar cheese) from Red Bamboo. 


Snack: NA

Recap of the day: I thought I would treat my to Red Bamboo and try 2 new dishes. I enjoyed the fried chicken, but honestly like fried oyster mushrooms more. As for the french fried and macaroni and cheese, they were both okay at best. I ordered the food through Uber Eats, and I’m not sure if the fries lost their “crispyness” due to the packaging causing it to sweat. As for the Mac and Cheese, I personally would have been fine with Daiya Mac & Cheese from the box in a store. I was hoping for a more elevated dish, but since I was being super lazy and didn’t want to cook, the Uber Eat order was fine. However I will not be ordering the fries or Mac & Cheese again.
