Day 19 being gluten-free


It’s time to talk about body odor. First starters, my tongue is starting to coat and my breath is really stinking. Now keep in mind, we are in the middle of a pandemic and face mask are mandatory in work places, public transportation, all stores, etc. So having bad breath in NOT the cool when you wear a face mask, and you are detoxing. I highly recommend carrying a tooth breath if you are not already. When I do liquid detoxing, I have the same issue, but I never had the issue of the face mask. I am truly surprised that I am experiencing detoxing symptoms while eating the type of foods that I am eating. 


Another part of my body I am having odor is my armpits. Moving forward, on days that I am not outside, which is at least 2-3 times a week, I will not put on deodorant. Instead, I will use the key lime peels and rub that under my arms instead. I detox bath would be effective too, but my tub is broken. However, I just brought a foot spa, and could get some of toxics out with that in the meantime. I am writing about this just in case you are experiencing this too. This is part of the detoxing process and believe me, you have not seen nothing yet.  It may get worse, before it gets better.
