Day 18 being gluten-free

I finally did my food prep for week 3, well kind of.  I made my elderberry tea, my smoothies for this week will be either 1 cup of peaches with 1 burro banana, or 1 cup of blackberries with 1 burro banana. My lunch this week is a grain bowl made with quinoa and arugula.  And for dinner “Dr Sebi Approved Alkaline Vegan Vegetable Soup,” by Modest Vegan Chik. I still need to add chickpeas to the soup, which will more likely be in another day or two. I recently brought an instant pot, and wanted to do an unboxing for my main channel, Gadget Trish. The soup was really good with just the vegetables so I cannot wait to try it with the beans.

I am also starting to fit back into my old clothes again. If I keep losing weight and inches at the rate that I am, I should be in my pre-quarantine pants by this Spring. I never felt so inspired to keep focused on getting weight off in a VERY long time. I think the food being good, and the results being so rapid is making this journey rewarding. NOTE: All weight lose will vary, so please do not get discouraged if you are not losing as quickly. Just do the best you can and stay focused to get the best results for your body.
