Day 4 being gluten-free

This was my best feeling day yet. I am still struggling with water consumption and eating on a schedule, but the hungry pains are “my normal.” I no longer have an overwhelming need to want to eat snacks or cheat. I also had a new meal of “Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms.” The recipe was inspired by a post I saw from the Cilantro & Citronella website. I removed ingredients like garlic and parley to replaced it or did an “electric swap out” with ingredients like ginger and basil to comply with the Dr. Sebi recommended food list. There was a dressing in that recipe that I also made changes to, and paired that with arugula greens to complete this meal.
