Recap of the day:  Today I wrote in my journal for about 50 minutes. I personally thought I would write for about 10-20 minutes, but I realized there was a lot on my heart that needed to come out. When I woke up this morning, I was overwhelmed by the 24 things on my “TO-DO” list. I tend to cut out important things out like reading the Bible, “quiet time,” prayer, meditations, journaling, and working out to get my list completed. I find when I don’t put these priorities first, I feel anxious throughout the day. If I can’t put God first and give at least 7 minutes of fitness in my life, than it’s time for me to change my life. Yesterday was a great example of what NOT to do. I put EVERYTHING first, except my priorities. My poor decisions caused me to miss my first workout of this challenge, recording the YouTube video for this challenge, and overall nothing of real importance got done.

Today was also the first day I did a workout with Mr. and Mrs. Muscle on youTube. I loved everything about the video. The workouts were short, had my heart elevated, and had a modified version on the left of the screen. I still have inflammation in my joints and cannot do the regular and stayed doing the modified version the entire workout. I loved how the ab work was standing up and it still gave me a challenge. I highly recommend checking out their channel if you are looking for workouts from home or on the go.

We all have 24 hours in a day. Most of us, including myself have a very full plate, however, if you have time to read this blog, interact with any type of social media, or stream TV services to your device of choice, than you have time to make sure you get your mind right, workout, and achieve your goals. Since I don’t want this blog to be the cause of you not getting your workout complete for today or achieving you dreams, I will end on that note.  “STAY FOCUSED”

If you cannot jump or have any struggles, Mr. and Mrs. Muscle have a modified version for you to reference to.
