Breakdown of the Day for June 9, 2021


Workout of the day: NA


Weigh In Wednesday: 156.8 pounds


Journaling: NA


Meditation: 20 minutes


Water Intake for the entire day: 8 cups or 64 oz


Brunch: Smoothie made with 1 burro bananas, 1/2 of blueberries,  2 mission figs, and 1 1/2 cups of spring water. 1 teaspoon of seamoss powder with 1/4 teaspoon of bladderwrack powder. 


Dinner: Impossible Whopper, with Vegan Mayo and Miyoko’s Pepperjack Cheese with a large French fries. 


Snack: Turkey Figs


Capsule: Gut Support by ahealthycrush 


Tea: NA


Recap of the day: I only had 4 hours of sleep of this day and had no energy to workout. To make matter worse, I decided to order Burger King instead of eating the food that was already made in the refrigerator. The vegan whopper was good, but not as good as I remember it. I honestly just wished I eat my amazing pasta salad I made instead. I let the stress of this day and temptations junk food get the better part of me. On the positive side, I lost 2 pounds from last Wednesday. To be honest, I was surprised I lost anything since my eating is all over the place. I guess the workouts are helping and seeing me lose weight eating how I really eat is really encouraging.
